Broken record statement.

How is it that in my lifetime I have not met/worked with/known in the smallest way ANYONE who acts so self-entitled and ignorant as these customers do.

Not saying I know hundreds of people, but there has got to be some sort ratio or something.

*deep voice* 1 in 4 people will become a *cencored* about their cellular service (and other things) for no reason.

Maybe I'm the self entitled one for thinking that they should have a brain.....

"Wha chu mean I can't get a free iPhone?!

Actually, if you were to cancel you would have an ETF of (insert huge number). And when you switch to AT&VZSprint, you'll have activation fees. Also, they won't give you a free iPhone either. So good luck, and don't come back! 😈
