"Someone has hacked my gmail account"
It's a lot better than
Cust: "I forgot my Gmail and my phones locks, can you give me that information, I never use it."
Me: "We're ******, not Google. We do not have that information. What we CAN do is wipe your phone, deleting all the information, so you can use is again."
Cust: "But I don't want to lose my information."
Me: "Okay, next time remember your Gmail account."
Cust: "I forgot my Gmail and my phones locks, can you give me that information, I never use it."

Cust: "But I don't want to lose my information."

Ugh if you are going to help me, then I'm going to cancel service and go to another carrier!!
