I just started working for Sprint.
After reading all of your interactions with customers, I almost want to say that I fear for my life. I have not had much customer service experience in my life time. I'm scared of the stupidity that awaits me in the future.

To be fair. The customer base will be like that anywhere you work, and the cases people complain about are the extreme cases. Most people at least appear to be normal.

Yeah and it's like if you hate customer care so much get a different job or quit there's no gun to your head. The key word in the position 'customer care representative' is 'care'. So basically you know upfront what your role will be from now on. \

Somehow I know you cant as you know absolutely nothing about my past work experiences and what I have done. Ive never had to care for customers, just sell them. Tmobile was a lot easier to work for then sprint, not that many back end systems.

Does Sprint even hire people who don't speak Spanish anymore? For stores I mean. I know customer care is all Shaniqua, Lafiqua, Shantall, Jerome, Tyrone. Etc. They're cool. 🙂
