If you are going to transfer a customer, at least stop us while saying our opening script before trasnfering so it's not "Thank you for calling the military suspen-" *hold music* and then have to repeat myself.

You fools know how to check and apply employee/military disocunts...Quit being lazy and transferring just to get out of having to do something easy because you think it's too hard. If that is hard for you, you should find simpler employment.

Us low life customer care agents can not add or remove military suspension.
We get tired of being hung up on and told that we can do things we can not when we dare talk to account services.

There are good and bad in every dept. When you pay min wage you get min care.

I know you can't add the suspension, but at least let us know someone is being transferred instead of us saying the opening script, hearing the hold music, and then having to say it all over again.

And also, the discount, it's just a general discount, it's nothing special.
