usually followed by the 4-letter "F" Word that I do not allow in my store: "FREE"...
I always wonder how some of them can afford a lawyer but don't have enough to pay the bill. 🙄
I feel that if they did "escalate all the way to the top of this **** place" that when they talked to the CEO the next question is "AND WHOS YOUR BOSS RANDALL STEVENSON?!?!?!"
