True, but she wanted to cancel with no fee because a natural disaster knocked out cell service. it was the stupidest call i've had all year

Didn't you know its your fault that the hurricane knocked out that cell tower lol. Heck man I had a dude called in after the earthquake and complained about the lines being tied up.
