No way. It's more that way for the people who call *us*. They wouldn't say "SHUT THE F*** UP YOU LITTLE C*** I WANT MY FREE FONEZ" if they were face to face with a 5'2'' blonde in public.

I think the reason Shoptalk is always so empty is because there are sales people who think they are too awesome for words. If you vent about a customer situation, they are always there to tell you how they would have dealt with the situation differently and what you should've done.
