new email resolution

So on top of all the other things we have to do they added the email resolution. So we added that to our tray of things to be done in the 6.5 minute window.

So it turns out this is a usefull little thing at times. Store says that sprint will credit upgrade activation knowing we can not do that. Send the customer email that you did your best and resolved their issue by referring back to store for credit and by the way let sprint know what happened.

tep equipment sucks and on thir replacement let sprint know.

Starting to like this tool a little
