Is it the system used for all Sprint call centers and vendors? It seems very inefficient.

at&t does to. They call it Telegence or lack there of. The old "AT&T" had Seibal which was the Bomb untill "Stinkular" came in the Pic w/Telegence/CSM 👿

I know as of a couple years ago US cell used it too. And i agree is out dated but i know my way around it well.

T-mobile and ATT...just called Samson and Telegence respectively....needs some work 😁

an account management system that integrates all tools into itself. at directv we had this, it was called rio. the products weren't as complex as sprint's products are, but whoever developed Rio did a great job at including tools into the system.

Interesting. Just wish we had all departments on same system at Sprint. Save sales and create traceable flow.
