now that we have totally bashed our customer base and if they could see this we would be in a real hurt, can we kill this thread.

Shows contempt and devaluation of actually helping them. We all know we have some really bad customers but we also have those that we can truely help when they need more than a plan change.

I have had calls where we made a difference and those are the ones that keep me coming back to a min wage job each day.
