Worst Phone Ever Per Carrier

In your opinion, which is the worst phone ever for your carrier?

As a Sprint rep, I feel it's my duty to nominate the HTC Touch Pro 2.

T-Mobile, I'm gonna go way back and nominate the Motorola C332 (circa 2003 if I remember correctly).

The phone was notorious for bad battery life, or no battery life. Since the battery was built into the phone itself, if you needed a new battery, you had to replace the entire phone.

I used to work for T-Mobile Customer Service at the time, and would receive TONS of calls for exchanges and complaints on that phone.

As an AT&T rep I have to say the LG Incite was horrible. The LG Neon was bad, and the Sharp FX is horrendous. But the Quickfire takes the cake. I mean, when you put the charger in upside down, which was very easy to do, it quickly caught on fire!

2.3 gingerbread
overclocked to 1.5 ghz
free wifi tethering
full flash support
great battery life is great now.
hspa 7.2 (fast data)

Blackberry 8350i.

I can't believe noone from sprint/nextel hasn't posted this phone yet. It is the most disturbed phone I have ever had the misfortune of activating. Or troubleshooting. Or seeing.

I mean, what kind of phone recommends a factory default reset as *normal* troubleshooting steps!?

But it is such a fine phone 😳 . At least we get to stay in close contact with those who buy this Direct Connect wonder. I want my Direct Connect. More important than texting, call quality or any data service.

Looks good in the hand.

As a Sprint Rep I'd have to nominate the Palm Pixi, Palm Centro, Palm Pre... Do you see a pattern here?!

good call, it didn't help that they claimed 15 days of stand-by for a battery that didn't last 15 minutes.

I haven't trusted a phone that doesn't have a replaceable battery since. **looks over at Sprint's Upstage

True, and it has its own category in our troubleshooting tool, but I've had quite a few people vouch for it. Still waiting on someone to say something positive about their tp2.

Mirror images of a problem. The Pre had a quality OS but the hardware was sh!t, the TP2 was built with quality hardware but Windows OS was always a huge, worthless pain

Not the Motorola builds any good phones.
