I was 45 minutes late to work because I totes forgot about it. I hope the boss lets it slide!
...
It has definitely been a call driver at my center today!!
...
There is no sliding where I work. A chance for them to add double points againest you as Sat thru Wed are considered critical days.
Of course we have 82% churn according to State figures so hard to tell who forgot and who quit at times. đ
...
We are about 5 to 8 minutes between calls here. Being paid by the call and having it averaged out over the week means (OH WOW) another week of min wage. God, I love this job.

I'm too cheap to get an actual clock since my phone already comes with one, so I wasn't affected.
...
Don't worry. You can make up for it in the fall when the clocks get turned back, forget to set it and come to work an hour early.

Looks like I'm the only idiot here. Sad face.
...
sent out reminders to our systems like every half hour for the last few days to ensure we remember.
...
And we ignored them. Have more important things to do on my own time than worry about those messages. interferes with answering miss directed calls from, oh say, Virgin Mobile.
Or making sure that walls are bare so no one can write down information and create a business to charge them money for.
We reserve that for overseas. Places like Arizonia. They live in their own world there. đ
...
Ah, Arizona. No time change here, but every where else changed so our shifts all moved an our earlier. I'm actually okay with this- it means I get off the phone at 7pm instead of 8pm. Yay more of the evening to myself.
