Unfortunately...previous consumers such as myself have been (6 years ago) so horribly scarred by our previous Sprint customer service experience that no matter how many awards are presented, we will NEVER go back and continue to bad mouth the company! 😈
Oh, and the continued complaints by friends and colleagues whom are unfortunate enough to be stuck with Sprint doesn't help either. 😕
