No, I won't let you pre-order the iPhone4 early

Granted, these customers have been coming into the store (and calling) for a few years now, especially since the 10th of last month, but you'd think they'd do a bit more research about a product they apparently want so bad.

We're in the middle of an ice storm, our powers out, and some lady pounds on the door wanting me to write her name down for the iphone pre-order.

I generally dislike stereotyping people by the phone's they want.. but this lady made it way too easy.

Power flickering in morning, decided to come in and see if it was on here. Didn't, sat around for a bit to see if it would come back on. it didn't until 3 this afternoon.

Welcome to what AT&T has been dealing with the last few years you'd be surprised at how people act over a phone. If you have seen bad things you are in for worse with this phone and peoples mentality with it.

I did the Iphone launch with AT&T....now I have to do it again with Verizon.

I seem to be the only person in my store who is not surprised by the way people are acting for this phone.

I tried to warn em.

Welcome to iPhone hell! Just wait until someone breaks their screen and then gets and at you for the early upgrade price. Is it excluded under your insurance too?

Why didn't AT&T think of that one?

How much is the insurnce for the iPhone and can you personally sell it or do they have to download this through there app store??
