(And I don't mean Alicia Silverstone Drooling )This guy/gal calls in complaining about everything yet not knowing what the issue really is...the bill's too high, but doesn't know what they should be billed for.
Their phone doesn't work but all the features are functioning.
Then I offer to upgrade but they have no clue what kind of phone they want to upgrade to. Rolling Eyes
