Don't be butthurt. My job is to sell phones. There are no policies against 'stealing' sales within Sprint.

And yes, when a store calls me I generally try to make their job harder.

Maybe store reps should start doing their own job and stop expecting us to help. Sales is a cutthroat business, princess. If you can't handle it go play customer service.

Seriously.

PS. At the end of the day I'm not concerned with helping the customer. I'm here to make as much money as I can. Save the sob stories.
