Customer calls in and asks about upgrade elig for all the lines-while giving the elig info for one line cst says I already know about that number (cst asked from the beginning to get the info for ALL the lines on the acct!) so say ok and ask for the number she wants to know the eligibility for, cst then says I want all of the lines' elig I already said that! Shocked -ugh so stupid
