it's funny my grandma is fairly savvy around most tech cell phone, sat, microwave...she "used to be" a teacher..which is the same as saying "i used to be a marine"
so she has patience, she reads the manual, she knows what she doesn't know, and she understands sometimes it just doesn't work..
where as grandpa will just throw the remote at me.. 🤣

Had an elderly gentleman someone sold a smartphone to call in. Could not remember passcode adv would have to show id at a company owned store, closest one is a bout a 4 hour drive. Boy I felt great.

I give them top of the line smartphones for free if they're over 80. First call resolution. They won't call back because they'll never figure out how too. 😁
