So this customer just escalated because
about like the person who escalated about the option 2 for spanish
We're on the border..
We have mexican's that don't speak english
and american's that can't speak english
that option is for them 😛

Until there are entire towns the use Spanish for absolutely everything.

A loooong time ago...I had a customer who wanted to cancel his service with TMobile and get his ETF waived because Germany (yes the country) didn't support the US in Iraq and Afghanistan in the war. This was the same douchebag who would only eat Freedom Fries.

Even if the cell phone is assembled in the US the majority of components will be foreign manufacture.
Reminds me of a great story from years back. A municipality was looking to buy small pickup trucks, put out bid specs requiring the truck to eb assembled in the US. The only qualifying model was a Volkwagen! Needless to say, they rewrote the specs.

Heh. Reminds me of the fact that we have a Honda assembly plant here in Ohio. I have no issue buying from them if it's keeping my fellow Buckeyes employed!
