Looks like chat avoidance to me. No wonder the customers always complain about the online chat.

could say the same thing about call centers and telesales and care reps. no ones perfect. we get complaints about people on the phones that screw up. had one where someone was due for an upgrade, yet the agent sold them a phone at full retail price, told the customer they extended their contract, and didnt do a thing. also didnt take payment for the order, so i had to transfer them back to the original point of sale to even complete the order. also, they shipped it to the wrong address.

I took it as the customer actually put that asterisks in. What a jackass customer...

the customer put the *** in the number. plus the guy already came in with no information to give me, only gave me their first name when asked.
