You know what I hate?
Customers who refuse to add the insurance to their phones when they get it, then start screaming at me when they break their phone in two. It's your fault you broke your phone, not mine. It's your fault that you didn't want the insurance, not mine. At this point it's your responsibility to replace your phone, not mine.

But you don't understand. I just got this phone like 3 months ago. I should be able to return it. I've been a loyal customer for years(like 1 maybe) and it's only fair you treat me better then everyone else on the planet!! Oh whatever buddy. Cough up the money and shut up!
