We've been allowed to pricematch the website in my dept, but only if the cust tried to place an order and couldn't and got an error message. So I asked my sup to override the price because the phone is out of stock online and we have it in our system, and she said yes. Then not 5 minutes later, as I was finishing the order, she tells me we can't do that because the phone being out of stock online is not a good enough reason to give the cust the phone for a penny. 😲 😳 👿 SERIOUSLY????? Way to screw me out of my sale guys. 😡
