Just give it to them. Even I do that, and I am a discretionary credit nazi... If it's under $0.90, it's not worth the trouble.

were not even aloud to give any type of credit unless its a invalid charge but i did it any way because its petty to argue about 0.20 🙄 .

you do but we dont. our limit at 1 point and time was 150.00 but now its 75.00 and absolutely no courtesy credits or you will be written up.

alorica in kansas doing sprint cc. it sounds good but we get no ir's for it and then we get in trouble for it and could be fired for it 😡

Heh, they will tell us that the 'No's won't get us fired if they are for following company policy, but they will not give us back pay that is lost as a result of following policy. 😡

im guessing that you get a deduction in pay for no ir's? its not like that here. we get a flat rate of pay and a chance for bonuses but its best to just not to count on it 🙄

ah no, i wish our center was like that...i work 3rd party for at&t. policy around here is to roll over & dance for every custy that comes through the queue

I once had a customer state that she was going to cancel her acct because I would not waive a valid $11 late fee. I informed her that she would be paying her final bill along with a $200 ETF for *each* line if she chose to do so, and she accepted.

ive gotten that before. thats customers trying to stand up for their pride 🙄. there pride is worth 189.00 for a etf. smh. people are just dumb.
