Why do customers
They're not technically adept, and really shouldn't have a cell phone in the first place. More than likely, they've gone completely mobile and have no landline, yet could actually benefit from a landline.
Me: Sure just upgrade in the account under your number.
Customer: So.... will it change it?
ME: No, it will not change. I assure you as long as you order in the account you can keep it.
Customer: But, it said I have to get a new number. You are lying.
Me: If it is asking you to change it you are not logged in. That is why it is doing that. GO ahead and log in to order. And it will let you keep it.
So on and so on... 🤣
