i had to spell Albuquerque 22 times for this lady... i almost died after the first 20 minutes... she couldnt understand that i was telling her a city... that and the guy who wanted me to unlock his iphone... lol

LOL i HATE spelling things for customers, Cingular is the worst, walking people threw device settings and i always know if i don't spell it for them they will put it in a Singular.

whats worse is trying to explain that this is tmobile and that you have to spell it with a -. people dont understand that if you type in tmobile.com it may not work on some browsers. you have to type t-mobile.com... lol. i am not a dictionary...ask somebody who cares...

tmobile is not the best company to work for. you must have never worked for them before in a call center! and no we do nto have $5 plans. and no we will not pay your bill for you. get off your a** and get a job and pay your own bill.

exactly... and as a csr i rly dont like dealers... u guys get 1/2 the training we get so cant give accurate accnt or billign info, and when cxrs go to you guys they cal lsu and get mad cuz u guys told them somethign that isnt right... then we all go in circles... we should all get the same training i think.
