not really commission, our hourly wage is based on a pay per call rate that is determined by the grade we receive according to the sprint customer satisfaction survey, a no survey drops the rate per call, average is $1.50 per call, if an agent drops below minimum wage during the pay period then pay is subsidized, usually with our own holiday or pto ☹️

same here... my call center went from everybody who qualified for bonuses got them to only the top 35% who qualifies gets them... im trianed in 4 skills and stil making $10 an hour... back to back calls all day long...
