I always wonder why aren't there more ppl on phone scoop. I think there are 2 ppl in my entire department on it.

I deal with them every time they try to get out of making a claim and tell the customer that the store or manufacturer should be the one replacing the phone or when they say liquid damage is not covered

Liquid damage is covered with us, if they can tell us HOW it got the liquid damage.

I have noticed more often than not, the cust is hesitant to tell us about damage to their phones. I think they are thinking that it is not covered.
I send them to the store when they tell me that there is no damage, no water damage and the phone is maalfunctioning and is still covered under warranty.

I am an EX-insurance Agent. (Asurion). And I don't miss it one bit. 😁 But now I'm actually trying to get hired on at a call center for one of the mobile carriers (I won't say who, in case my future boss is reading this)as well as a tax-preparer company.. I thought I was done with the CELL PHONE PEOPLE 😳. But if everything goes well, instead I will be doing your TAXES and have the power to send you to AUDIT HELL 😈

I happen to be a tax preparer also and I love doing taxes. I hope you are able to pursue that avenue and make lots of money 😁 😁
