Manager: "Being handicapped doesn't affect your manners."
half these people I can't hear arent' handicapped...they are just retarded
-"Is that mentally handicapped?"
followed by statement:
-"It makes not difference because we don't give a sh*t. Just curious."
CX: my number is 555-55-(cough) -5- (cough cough)
ME: sorry there was some interference can you repeat the number please?
CX: (huff ugh) ITS 555-555-5555!!!!

it is definitely a respect issue. Did they forget that they are calling us because they NEED OUR help? If we were all rude jerks, we could just say we don't handle that issue and transfer them to a completely different, unrelated department. ๐
That is the part I don't get. I'm working here, here to HELP. And people who come to me for that help are under the impression that being rude is the best way to get help. If you want MY help and take MY time away from sales, then you better be nice as **** to me.
