why is it that
when i'm on the phone with customer service my usually dead store becomes the busiest one in the company within 15 minutes...and why is it that those same customers act like it's a chore to wait 15 minutes...

Lol because they want you to bendover backwards for everything they want. And because they believe they come first because they are soo important and it is such an emergency.

Also because the Gods of Cell hate us. Same thing just happened to me. As soon as Im off the phone with CS the next three custy's had similar issues which put me right back on the phone....then the store flo died...again.

Similar situation here. We are a slower store but once in a while get backed up, and pople have to wait. So be it. Wait! If they went to the Verizon store around here they would be on a minimum 30-45 minute wait. So you know what people, deal with it!! 😉
