pay today? Contract?
Just had two good ones back to back.
Customer 1
So I spend an hour with this lady, she only wants one year(new customer) I go over the price difference on one year, she is coll with it, explain what she will pay today, around $100 bucks, and explain first bill(activation prorate, first month, about $90)
She is great with all of it. Go to ring her out!
Customer: what? I have to pay for the phone today.
Me: yes, remember i said the phone was around $100 on a one year
Cusotmer: yes, but i thought you billed it to me?
Me: Remember I said your first bill was around $90 bucks, so how would I fit an extra $100 in in there.
Customer: I just figured you sent me a separate bill, well anyway I will not have that money till i get paid Mond...
