Oh yeah.
I couldn't deal with being a full time CS rep and having customers yell at me. I'd most likely snap and find these customers and beat them with their own cell phones. I've got respect for CS reps. Well respect for the good ones anyways.
I'll stick to the retail floor. I'm in till 10pm EST. 😢

I hear you, I could not be an MA, and take the escalations. That would just kill my blood pressure. I wouldn't mind working the retail floor, I'm better with people in person than I am over the phone.
