I like it when...
A customer has a $1000 deposit and tells me they have never been late on paying bills.
...
They could be telling the truth. Not paying at all is completely different then paying bills late. (At least according to one of my own high deposit customers) So yeah, maybe they have never once paid a bill late. IF they don't make the deadline they just don't pay at all. Simple as that.
