Worst customer of the day?
All right guys, who wins for the dumbest question asked today? Mine was a complaint about a travel charger not working in customer's car!!!! 🤣

hmm.. i had someone ask about extra fees on the account and i told her she had an upgrade fee and she didnt understand what i was talking about.. she told me that she doesnt work for sprint and doesnt know what that means.. she asked me to explain it like i was explaining it to someone who doesnt work here.. wow..

customer came in because she had no dial tone on her phone. i looked at it and she had had the phone fore 5 years?! I asked her how long she had been haveing the problem she said every since she had got in but this was the fisrt time she had ever brought it in..... 😳

I had a customer who wanted a magical CD that could make the Internet work in the DESKTOP he keeps in his car. I told him not only do we not sell magical Cd's but they do not even exist. 😎

I did a return for her and she asked, "i thought you returned it why is my card being deducted?"
Um.. cause it shows it was a return and a negative sale!

I had customer come in and ask if a bluetooth headset causes cancer.

And irritate the piss out of me!

The only thing they could possibly give you is an earache and funny stares from people who don't know you have a headset and think you're talking to yourself.

Especially when you have long hair that covers it up :-/
