i dont understand...
Customer: Do you guys have any loaner phones?
Me: No mam we are currently out of loaners...
Customer: I don't understand..
Me (in my head): WTF!!! ITS NO! HOW HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND!

What you need to do is have a piece of that big brown lined paper like you use in kindergarden. With a crayon, write slowly..WE-DO NOT-HAVE - LOANER - PHONES ! If the still dont get it, then proceeed to draw a picture of a person holding a phone and then put a big X through it. Works everytime for me !

Me: (checks it over, needs to go to repair)...Your phone will need to be sent off for repair. I can't tell you what's wrong with it."

Me: 🤨 A phone... loaned to you... to use... while yours is in repair...
Cust: (completely vacant expression) I don't understand...
Me: 🤨
Cust: My phone's not working
