a customer come in one time because his phone wasn't working. His screen was black and you couldn't hear anything. I turned the phone over and took the back off and told him he had moisture damage before even taking the battery out. He told me that there is no way he had moisture damage his phone hasn't been around any water. He was cussing and everything else. I turned his phone upright right there in front of him and a huge puddle of water came out of it. He still told me that his phone hasn't been around any water.
