Vzw Cust Service question

Do any of the supervisors ever do callbacks like they promise
every time i need a sup i have to leave a vm for them to call back and they never do, then if i want to wait for one i get hung up on

that's what i thought, i just had to ask for a sup because the rep had no clue what was going on and she said that her sup was busy and to leave a vm, i said that i would rather wait and she told me to quit being a child and put me back on hold til a sup came on

I've had about a 4 out of 10 response level from supervisors actually returning calls. It may be annoying, but the best thing to do is to hang up, and call back. Odds are you will receive a different call center, or just a different crew where there supervisor is available.
