ugh nighmare at the kiosk
Alright I've been having an awful night, people have just been getting under my skin and I'm going nuts!
I've had about 10 people ask me if we had "that razor phone", when I politely say
"no I'm sorry we do not carry that phone, we do have a similar model, the Samsung A900"
"Oh I just wanted that razor"
And even when I proceed to show them the phone and explain all the super neat features of the phone, in the end its always
"Well I wanna go check out that razor phone"

Then I had a hispanic guy come up to me and say
"No Espeaka Spanis?"
"No, I only know a little Spanish"
"Only Engish"
"Yes only English"

they dont really mean anything in english, they are bad words in their own right, but pinche is a modifier as in "f*cking" and pendeja/pendejo is a generic bad word like "f*cker" so it is the equivelent of saying that, but they have their own connotations in the respective countries they are used in. like verijona

hmmm... really cant get slang for slang, in that instance i would use "verija" thats the name for my ex girlfriends number is in my phone, but the c word is her favorite and she likes being called it.

It's one of the only devices people actually pay money for as opposed to getting a freebie... the only other phones people pay for are the e-mail devices, the handhelds. I think that anyone person that has a job that faces customer should be able to laugh at a customer and say did not people were that stupid or anything else you could think of when people ask really stupid questions and they should no better.
