Big Brother is watching me!

We're being monitored by TMobile today from 2p-4p CST. My Ops Manager, my supervisor, and another supervisor have already come by to tell me that I will be top on the list for them to listen to. I just think it's funny that they are wanting TMo to listen to my exemplary service and I'm quitting tomorrow. That'll teach them to treat me like crap and still expect me to hold up their metrics.

hang up on people, lie, make random changes, in verizon hanging up on people or making lies is not only wrong it is unethical, seems to me niki ,you have no sense of moral obligation to your job, and everything is a joke to you, i see why big brother is watching you
