"Ok, here is how you do it." All he does is slide the check over and doesn't look. This went on for about three months. Pretty soon we just did it for him. No more questions, because the answer was always "yeah".
So homey comes in today with his old and NEW phone and says "I lost my old phone and then found it, can you turn it back on?" I look and he bought the phone at a different store!!!!!

The guy is mentally ill. Like I said, sit down with him and you would get it. He is like Rainman, he doesn't get that it helps me to buy from me. He sees Cingular. He thinks the candy bar is $50.
"Free" Phones have done little to establish value in our product or customer loyalty at all.
Customers think that because they have A's service, they can go to any A store and there you have it, they've been a good customer.
There is a rep in my store that babies his customers so much, that it sucks when he has a day off. These people have come to expect to have us apply numerous bill credits, swap out handsfree headsets that have broken (for free!) and then try to demand the same things out of the other reps in the store.
This rep once gave over $3000 in bill credits in one month. When my manager finally cracked down, many of these people left my company.
