STOP LYING TO ME.

i KNOW you can do what i asked you to do, and i KNOW you don't have to transfer me, stop being lazy, and stop arguing with me when i know the system you work off of allows you to do the things i've had done many times before!

That's a good way to gather sympathy and get us to help you out......just come into a forum specifically in place for reps to talk to eachother and just insult, berate, and demand things from us. How would you feel if I walked into Burger King and started yelling at you, telling you that I know you can make it my way?

While I know nothing about the person who began this thread, I have to assume he is a reasonable person. Judging off of his approach, he probably does not what the cs rep's sympathy.

Yeah, or how would you like it if *I* walked into the little porno booth across from *your* glory hole, while you were on break and flirting with your fat girlfriend, and started demanding you remove your wooden teeth before servicing your crack addled customers? That wouldn't be very fair of me to tell you how to do your job now would it?

Hey Dj......much love but as a store rep, I can relate. There are alot of CS reps that don't want to do their jobs and it gets really frustrating. I know where he is coming from. Unless you are one of those sucky reps....don't get so butt hurt...he doesn't mean you.

to be honest....it didn't even cross my mind that he could be a store rep and might actually know what we could and could not do. I was just thinking, "Man, here's another asshole who thinks he knows everything and just wants to yell at us online because he's tired of doing it on the phone."

If you are a store rep, much apologies man. I can understand your frustration, now.

Yep, I just got one. She really, really, really wants to just transfer me and all I need her to do is take off the additional line charge and add a sidekick plan. Then stupid me asked the confused girl a question. Oh I'll transfer you to data. They can answer that better. No way honey. I just sat on hold for 15 minutes...I aint doin it again. Just add the plan. Thats all. Well she doesnt know how to drop the add a line so she is going to go ahead and transfer me. Nope......ask your supervisor. I don't think she likes me much right now. I have been on hold for a while now.

When I think of all the money I lost because customer service can't...scratch that, won't do there job it makes me mad. They spend an hour on the phone with you "trying" to fix a customers voice mail or some small problem like that and the customer get's pissed and storms out of the store without buying the blue toof headset I just spent 20 min. trying to sell to them... just hang up when you hear this
" thank you for calling Cingualr wireless this is sherefia johnson, how may I help you"

(You need to imagine the worst getto ebonics you've ever heard saying that)

I am in fact an agent... an indirect at that, meanign i log alot of hours into CS.

i know most people on here are here because they take an active interest in their jobs and the technology they work with, which would imply them to not be one of the scumbag 16 year old girls i put up with who chew gum with their f**king mouth open while they talk.

I appreciate all CS does, i'm just asking for a weeding out of the morons.
