things youve gotten away at work.....
whats the coolest/funniest/dumbest thing youve gotten away with at work?
I work for tmo, i answer the phone hello verizon/sprint/cing and so forth, this one time i answered omnipoint and the guy was like "wtf"
also ive answered mcdonalds, county morgue, cityhall...
ive giving people numerous bad directions, ive sent out side the mall for bathrooms and so forth
also, ive broken peoples hearts
Customer "do you have the sidekick 2?"
Me "no its been discounted,and 3 is never coming out"
Customer 😳 😢 😢
Me I pop out a sidekick 2 box 😈 😈

I've never said it at work, I've thought about it. My favorite was.
"No sir, there is not supervisor. I'm it, I'm the head honcho. If you don't like that tough, you can take my options or you can just cry, I honestly don't care." After an hour of him ranting at another rep, then at me as the "supervisor" about something we couldn't do anything about.

My favorate is people asking to speak to a manager on a weekend.
Me: "Nope sorry there is noone here right now. they don't work on the weekends"
Cust: "So who's managing you"
Me: "There is nothing to manage when we are on the phone and there isn't enough people working on a weekend to take people off the phones to manage"
Cust: "What is someone has a complaint"
Me: "I can have someone call you back but managers are to manage us not you"
Hehe. I love it. there is accually no managers on weekends 😛

Okay, this wasn't me, but an old coworker of mine did this and it was pretty funny. He answered the phone and a lady asked "is this Marie Callendar's?" He said yes, and took her whole to-go order. Then he took her name, told her "that'll be 35.68 and we should have that ready in about 15 to 20 minutes!" We were all dying laughing, but I felt kinda bad for this poor lady. Bet she was stirring up a sh*tstorm at Marie's when she showed up and they didn't have her food.
