Why would you lie about that???
So I had a guy just come in wanting to make a prepaid payment. You can check on our phones how much of balance you owe at any time. He doesn't know which plan he's on. He doesn't know how many minutes he has. He doesn't know what features he has. The first thing he said when he walked in the door was this:
Me: "Hi! How are you doing today? 🙂 "
Him: "Fye se'in fye, two ay nye se'in"
Me: "Ok... what can I help you with?"
Him: "I's here ta pay."
Me: "Ok are you on prepay or contract?"
him: "It's uh fye se'in fye, two ay nye se'in"
I realized I'd have to do it the hard way, as he was a compete idiot. I asked if he had the phone on him (I was going to check the balance on the phone) and he said no. He left it at home. So, I ...

heh people are stupid. that's about it. And his conversation was easy to understand, or maybe i just have the same type of customers. I hate when they're not even in the store and they're yelling out their phone number like i care. I hate stupid people

Yeah...I hate it when they just blurt out their number expecting for the computer to automatically recognize it and pull up their account. 🙄
