"Mexicans" -Rant-
Okay, to open this story, a customer came in with son, stated that the phone was cracked and needed a new phone. Looked at it, impact crack on top of screen. Now then, he (customer) is saying that Son just had it in his pocket, and upon taking it out, it was cracked. I figured okay, going to "check some things in the back," in other words, I already knew my course of action and was just getting some water. The account was a Merits (99.99 familyshare) and had 4 lines, data, so I asked one of the managers and was okay'ed for a 50.00 out of warrenty exchange. Now then, mind you, this phone is only a month and a half old. I'm getting an execption for obvious customer damage. I tell them this, "no, this is under warrenty." you guys know this whol...

I hate it when race or age becomes an issue when I'm trying to work out a dispute with a customer. What or how old I am has nothing to do with the information I am trying to give to the ignorant redneck customer.

I'm against illegal immigration & for secure borders, however this does not make me denigrate anyone for the color of their skin or where they came from or what they do for a living. We had an incident where an illegal immigrant family's child became very sick. We raised money to take care of them while the child was in the hospital. Easy now. I am not at all racist. I have latino and black friends. I still despise illegal immigrants.
And i grow to despise them more every time I watch the news and see the violence related to the illegal immigrant Hispanic community. Or look up from my driving and see "Groceria". JUST LEARN TO SPEAK AND READ THE DAMN LANGUAGE!
