We send pre approval offers out to people, they call us and ask stupid questions, then we send them a phone.

actually we are supposed to take calls from customers who are interested in getting new service.

well id have to look up to see gawdawful! And a LOT of others in the center are saying the same. I wonder what radio shack and all the other auth agents are doing. I actually had a store rep in best buys call me today to run a credit app for three new lines, oops too bad BIG deposit!

I've noticed that it's pretty much feast or famine...a few folks hitting all the numbers, most of us in struggling...At least there's still half a month left to try and bring my numbers up to stinky. 😳

i am in the same boat i hate this SAM guy
