☹️ Ok so I take an escalated care call the customer is calling in because he is disputing calls made to Jamacia on his bill.. I and the previous rep and the res specialist have al lchecked the billing system and his IMEI and SIM are verified on the call first he said he lost the phone but got it back later that day ☹️ . Ok that may be plausible now as I listen to this mild Englishman ..I say chap.. I do not recognize this number... " I am thinking about giving credit but policy is we should offer up to half when charges are valid when the customer is complaining.. I was about to do this 🙂
ME: Mr customer I understand you lost your phone for the 43 minutes those calls were made then called your home number 2 minutes after you disconnect...
