DST is going to be a minority holder in the new, larger Asurion company. That means current lock\line employees will be layed off once the consolidation begins.

I honestly don't think they would be laying off people. They are ALWAYS busy and ALWAYS needing overtime and stuff. I don't think you have anything to fear.
