A customer actually apologized to me!!

This is a first. I was rebuttaling and apparently it comes off as offended so they apologized saying they didn't mean to offend me! it was the nicest. Very Happy

Its funny when they call yelling at you and you place them on hold and then come back and they say sorry i yelled at you... then why did you yell in the first place?
