rep: oh sure we can get you an early basic phone to smartphone upgrade

custy: That's awesome, he said I could get an early upgrade

me: PLZ TELL HIM TO NOTE IT ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND GET HIS REP ID

custy: Oh no, he says I don't need that done. All you have to do is call your support line and they will make the changes

me: .... *calls support line* *explains situation*

new rep: sorry, we can't do that

me: He was just talking to a customer service rep from his line and they said that it was no problem. Aren't there any notes? Aren't location codes logged when accounts are accessed.

new rep: sorry, theres nothing here on his account and nothing we can do. *click*

me: FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
