why on EARTH
Do people *always* insist on adding int'l features to their plan while they're boarding their plane to their int'l destination? And then give me a hard time about not doing it in a timely manner?

at least once a day (usually more often) someone comes onto the site without knowing what plans they want [I sell TV/Internet/Voice via online chat] and after like 5 minutes of questions they are like oh i have a meeting this is taking too long...
or even better, I will have to continue when I get back from lunch.
