systems are down. still taking calls. cant tell custy systems are down. cant do anything for them. potential for bad custy surveys. I think they're doing this to draw out the postal employees.

So, your systems are down and at the point where you can't give info to customers, but you're not allowed to tell them that that's the reason?

That makes no sense... 👀
